Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

  • Items damaged by misuse, abuse, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Products with missing parts or damaged packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues.
